"I have request non smoking room before arrival, however, the smell of the room still really bad of smokers, not sure whether the room that assigned to me is smoking floor is not cause i forgot to ask since i arrived very late at night and very tired. Ask for iron also takes so long, it seems they only have one item and i should waiting from another guest almost 30mins. However their room really spacious "
