Two stars is generous and only because I have not seen any bugs in the room. For almost 100 dollars per night you expect the place to be simple but clean. This was not the case."

"I had to literally take my disabled husband to a gas station shower to be able to clean him up because property had no hot water. He has issues that need proper hygiene with hot water. I was offered no refund for failure to provide and essential service. I was offered points but we do not use this program, we paid in full, not points. "
