Great hotel location

Clean hotel with great location for metro and Asian foods (Chinese and Vietnamese). The only thing I found missing is the gym.

It's conveniently located at the center of 13th cartier. The room was spacious, clean & had all amenities you need, including a refrigerator and a free bottle of water everyday. The staff speaks English well and the dining room was very clean and spacious. I will return to this hotel next time I come to Paris.

Room too hot no air con

Took 20 mins to check in as both staff were on first day so not their fault but very slow Room was so hot as air con didn’t work and window could not be opened Dreadful nights sleep

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy but it was lacking in service. Our room key kept not working so we had to change it 4 times. Breakfast was ok but again service was lacking in many areas. It didn’t feel very hospitable.

The room was hot and even when asked for AC it was not provided. The area is unsafe and dirty. I would not recommend staying in that area. They don’t provide milk or water bottles in rooms and limited tea and coffee. I came for a birthday and they don’t provide anything for celebration even when asked prior. Terrible experience, never again!

La chambre est bien décoré mais la literie moyenne. L’ hôtel est très mal insonorisé. On entend la télé des voisins et la route Pour ce niveau de standing c’est décevant. Lors de notre séjour nous avons été réveillé à 4h du matin par de la musique On a dû prévenir l’accueil pour que cela cesse au bout de 2h Le lendemain matin le manager n’a pas pris le temps de nous appelé, nous avons donc été contraint d’aller le voir. Pour lui c’est la première fois car il fait attention à ne pas accueillir de groupe ni d’enfant!!! Aucun soucis pour lui et bien entendu aucun geste. Et comme par hasard au même moment une autre cliente se plaignait des mêmes choses.
