Staff are a real asset

Really lovely stay, staff extremely helpful. Included breakfast had a lovely continental selection and was replenished regularly. Close to metro. Beds comfortable and room clean.

This property has the best customer service, the front desk staff are the friendliest people in France. They all spoke French, English, and even some spoke Spanish, which was helpful for our family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and available from 6am to 10pm. The problem lies in the uncleanliness. Our hotel room was very dirty from the bathroom to the beds to the carpet inside the room. Our room view was the street and it was very noisy in the morning and late in the evening. The hotel listed air conditioning as one of the amenities, however the four nights and five days we stayed there the air conditioning did not work inside our room and it was very very hot the week we were there, which sucked not going to lie.

Disappointing second stay at this property. We returned to the property after having a positive experience previously. This time we were very disappointed. The room was dirty upon check in. There were cigarette butts and dirt on the carpet. (it is a no smoking property). Fortunately the front desk staff did come and vacuum the carpet. While there is an elevator, it only services the newer portion of the hotel not the older section. Previosly we had stayed in the newer section and did not realize there was no elevator access in a portion of the hotel. The location is good with very easy access to the metro with can take you downtown with no changes/connections. Be aware is gets very busy during commute hours. Staff is excellent and the breakfast is more than adequate.

Wir haben hier ein paar Tage für Paris Sight-Seeing verbracht. Die Lage war perfekt: etwas abgelegen, aber dafür sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Highlight für uns war die tolle Anbindung an die Öffentlichen. Nur 2 Minuten zur Metro und auch zu einem Bus, mit dem man direkt zum Arc de Triomphe fahren kann. Hotel, Zimmer und Frühstücksraum eher klein - für ein paar Tage aber voll ok. Wir würden aber wieder kommen, allein wegen der guten Anbindung und Umgebung (Restaurants, Geschäfte).

Een klein hotel met een hele mooie kamer en badkamer, vlakbij de metro en in een fijne buurt. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. We konden gebruik maken van een interne parkeerplaats waardoor de auto ons hele verblijf beschut stond. Alleen het ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gekund maar dat is een detail. Er waren wel heerlijke kaneelbroodjes.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Straße des angenehmen Stadtviertels mit dem ausgezeichnetem Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehr. Das Personal war ständig sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und sauber, um einen schönen Urlaub in Paris zu verbringen. Wir bedanken uns bei der Hotelverwaltung und allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels für die schöne Zeit in der Stadt der Liebe.
