"The location was ideal for enjoying close proximity to Atlantis without paying the high cost of staying there. One of the biggest perks is that each stay includes complimentary Atlantis day passes for every registered guest. For our group of three adults, this was a savings of approximately $600 per day!
As a plant lover, I especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaping throughout the property. Customer service was definitely a highlight—A+! Housekeeping was thorough, and although the kitchen staff was often busy, they were consistently pleasant. Craig at the front desk was particularly courteous, helpful, and welcoming. He assisted us with transportation to a nature reserve and recommended the Friday rum drink social, which was appreciated.
The property was clean overall, but some areas could benefit from upgrades and maintenance. The water pressure was not the best, the elevator was out of service during our stay, and the room key system was temporarily unavailable for a couple of hours.
I also appreciated having a traditional West Indian breakfast option. However, the breakfast selection could be expanded to offer more variety, including additional American and Bahamian/West Indian choices.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenience, beautiful surroundings, and especially the hospitality of the staff. I would recommend this property to friends and family!"
