"Majority of the staff were amazing… with the exception of the pool bartenders… they were just the opposite…. Not very welcoming or fun if your an older white man…. Romell the door man was great and did all he could to accommodate… The cleaning staff was exceptional… they made my bothers birthday so special with a cake, balloons and always a clean room…love the swans…."

"Went here with a friend for a few nights. It was a perfect little getaway. The staff are all very friendly, it was clean and lovely. The food and drinks were great and there was great entertainment and activities. You can walk to a beautiful beach nearby and to Atlantis, which is free to wander around at night. We also walked to Nassau, it took about 35 minutes but was a great outing. Very safe area and just beautiful."

"Room was clean, however we booked the cove and multiple maintenances were being done on the property. Spa was not available, the original adult pool was not available, loud drilling noises on the building balcony was being done early in the morning."
