"This is a family friendly resort, and the water park, pools, and beach are excellent. Hotel rooms definitely need an upgrade. The lobby and grounds are well kept, and housekeeping does a good job, but the rooms definitely need attention. Staff around the water park and in general are not so friendly or welcoming. Overall, great vacation but can definitely can improve the experience for the cost of staying here."

Harborside Resort & Vacation Rentals at Atlantis

"It took me a while to decide which property to book. I finally settled on harborside. The harborside is more quaint and has a more of a motel feel to it. I would strongly recommend it as we had an entire apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Do not take your shoes off in the room! The beds and bedding were very comfortable and clean. Right across the street and less than 5 minutes of walking we had a little shopping center with local shops which was very convenient. Harborside is about 15 minutes from the beach but shuttles are running every 5-10 minutes in the morning. I didn’t like that we couldn’t check in on time because the appointments were not cleaned. The check in line was extremely long. Even after checking in, around 6pm, they did not have any pillowcases and I had to call 4 times to get them. Not a 5 star experience!"

10/10 Excellent

"This all inclusive adult only was the bomb! The staff was amazing , the cleanliness so exceptional especially the pool area. Loved that that have hot tubs and a lap pool too. Their own little private beach was so beautiful and sand volleyball ! Food was great , especially the Italian restaurant. They are doing some renovations but didn’t distract us at all and we will be back to stay in one of those rooms !! I highly recommend this resort, it’s walking distance to lots of places but they shuttle to the beach too that was so fun! Thank you Warwick for a spectacular stay we will be back !!! Cheers"
