"The stay was amazing right on the beach amazing balcony view of the ocean first thing in the morning so relaxing. Staff was amazing and super helpful. Heated pools that stayed open 24hrs hot tubs tiki bar...the room was very spacious and clean.just an all around amazing stay"

"This is the second time we have stayed here in PCB. The rooms are relatively clean for a beach resort. Check-in was not a great experience. We arrived and hour and a half early, and I completed the pre-check in. The front desk staff let me know that they would call when the room was ready. No problem, ..."

"Didn't even get in our room until after 5 when check in was suppose to be at 4. Paint peeling off wall, shower didn't even hardly spray, both pools were closed and when one did open didn't seem to have much if any chlorine in it which means bacteria steadily growing in it, found mold on the pillows ..."
