"We have been to this resort more than a dozen times. The last two times we have stayed have been poor. This time we reserved a suite. The room was not ready at 4pm so the clerk offered us the Penthouse. Ok yea sure but then had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours until we got to the penthouse apartment. ..."

"There is free coffee and water to put in cups. We had a room with 4 queen beds and a kitchen. It was not the cleanest. Did see a live roach in the tub. Resort fees are taken out of your deposit, even if there is a storm and you are not able to use their lounge chairs. Parking is very limited spaces ..."
