Bad points, rooms all need abit of tlc, need some picturea, rug, headboard and a paint,..jist all abit bland and dated..nothing very expensive, all achieveable but would elevate it from being ok, to good.
Its decent but wouldnt stay here again, competition is fierce in palma, and its not up to it."
"This hotel is 5 star, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, rooftop pool/bar was a winner for my friends and I. The 360 views of the city were incredible. Breakfast was delicious, cocktails were amazing. Rituals products in the bathroom smelt amazing and the added touch of the bath Bomb was very thoughtful! Wine, homemade lemonade and a jar of fruit was a very pleasant surprise when delivered to our room complimentary! Brilliant central location, just wish we had longer! Will be back!"
"This hotel was good, staff was good and the restaurant onsite was decent: we were under the impression that the spa amenities (not services) were included with our stay, this was the primary reason we chose this hotel. Though priced reasonably at $12 for those staying in the hotel, we found it surprising it was not included. On another note, the room is fairly small, enough for 2 people but any more would likely be uncomfortable. Everything was much smaller than we imagined. The pool, the gym,...
"Overall great stay! Pros: central location, clean/modern rooms, and delicious breakfast. Cons: rooms are not sound proof (we could hear people screaming outside or in the hallway) and the rooftop pool cannot accommodate the amount of guests staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay - great value for the price!"
