"The Isla Mallorca is outstanding. The hotel is well maintained and the staff go out of their way to be welcoming, efficient, kind, and make you feel at home. We stay at the property twice a year and it gets better all the time. Shout out to Amable, the best cafe con leche ever. The team, Nelson, Daniel, the front desk staff, the wonderful team that serve breakfast and cocktails. To everyone thank you."

"The rooms were clean and well presented with clean towels and beds linen every day. All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them"
