Nordine le directeur, nous a organisé un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et a su répondre à toutes nos demandes (sorties, taxi, départ avant le petit déjeuner). "Good experience "

"Lovely rooms, very clean pool area, fantastic staff, plenty of variety of drinks, food absolutely gorgeous! Cant fault it for the money! Wouldn’t say it’s 5* but it’s a solid 4* but matched our expectations. It is a bit stuck out on its own though so would benefit from a small internal shop. We would definitely return! Oh and there is a free shuttle bus into the centre twice a day and very cheap excursions."

"On the 3rd day the room we were staying in started leaking from the roof and the next room they gave us, the toilet smelled really bad and you can smell it all over the room. "9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). "Everything, the stuff are very loud I couldn’t sleep, and they add fake charges , I can’t believe they asked me to pay 30$ an hour for the pool, it should be included . Not to mention the breakfast is terrible "

"Hotel is lovely with lots of activities and the recreation team is lovely. They have child activities where u can leave ur kids and enjoy some time alone. House keeping i dnt find very impressive with room bed sheet not changed everyday. Rest of the cleaning was good. Very nice hotel outside Marrakech perfect for families and there tour organiser as well. They are very helpful. "

"As a couple, we stayed at the lovely beautiful venue and booked the sidius suite which is their best one. Everything was lovely however, there was no hot water in the bathroom but other than that it was good. There could be more selection for dinner but breakfast was good. My partner was not an animal fan so if you don’t like cats and dogs, then this maybe an issue for you as the owners have a few pets but was not an issue.
