Pool and staff were awesome. Maid left someone else’s sock in our room, pool speakers blown and static and our bathroom faucet was loose and would shut off by itself. Elevator needs a total overhaul as it looks like a freight elevator

Indian Wells Resort Hotel
I loved the I love lucy theme. The one bed room suites with pool view our nice for families & have large bathrooms, which our remodeled. The pool was nice & relaxing with pool bar. My family would come back very affordable prices.

Valet and Bell guys were great! Rooms were outdated but beds comfortable. Air conditioning needs replacing or to be updated - seems as though the rooms are humid. You could tell the rooms were older, but maintained. Beds a bit too soft for us, but ok. Pool and corn hole games to play with the family. Only con was they only had 4 bags to toss for 3 separate corn hole games that should have 6 at each. They must get stolen a lot or something. Location is great ...
