"Front desk called multiple times trying to make me pay before arrival after stating that I could pay during arrival. Can’t remember his name (Hispanic). Also room & bathroom had roaches everywhere. "

"Building & room was clean. Keys to room did not fully work the correct way the entire time we was there. I called a couple of days of ahead of time tonsee if pool would be open and staff said it would be. After getting a family of 5 ready to go to the pool we saw that it was very dirty and had not been clean in months. My kids(8,6,3) were very disappointed as they were looking forward to swimming in the pool. Feel like they need to do updates to thickness of the floors. We got a noise complaint the one night we were there from guest on the second floor(we were on the 3rd floor). Me and my husband was waiting for the elevator on the 1st floor and could hear all kinds of banging noises from the second floor. "

"The staff is very friendly. Just wish it would have been a little bit cleaner and when power was lost they could have at least given a credit back."

"Hotel was very clean. Breakfast provided had great options for the whole family. "

"The property was welcoming for pets, although we did not bring ours. The breakfast was excellent! The staff was great! The hotel is going through a major renovation, so the place was a little disheveled, and that's understandable, but I was very disappointed to learn the swimming pool had been completely covered in. Filled in with cement. It's permanently closed. That basically eliminates any amenities. Great location! "
