"Oh, I did so much searching! I wanted to be walking distance to mostly everything. We were greeted and given our instructions for entry and what nots, then it was off to races. Room is elegant, clean, spacious, bed comfy, spacious bathroom with hot water and good pressure, ac and heat, breakfast brought to the room every morning (you choose what time), tho after the 3rd day you could really have a different choice but none the less, great. "My second stay here, I will stay here on each visit to Venice. Amazing location, very short walk to San Marco and not much further to the water taxi for the airport. Vito is an excellent member of staff but all are equally wonderful, friendly, helpful. Delicious treats and amazing toiletries in rooms on arrival, including toothbrush and shaving kit! Love this place!"

"Glorious location on the Grand Canal. The staff was excellent-clearly the most professional people are hired by the management. Breakfast, cocktail hour, and dinner were all delicious-we had no desire to look elsewhere when we could sit outside on a terrace next to the Grand Canal. Umbrellas protected us from a brief sprinkle of rain. The recommendation to visit Murano via water taxi was much appreciated. We were picked up off the hotel entrance. We didn't want to leave!"
