This is one of the best place we visited to Italy, we just had one night but due to very convenient location, we could really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was clean, very approachable owner/staff members! We highly recommend San Vio Palace if you are staying in venice for a short trip.

This place is an absolute beauty to stay at. Heavenly beds with stunning view of the small canal. Very clean and well kept. Would absolutely recommend it to my friends and family. Easy to navigate everywhere you need to go.

It was an modern updated unit with the antique details of the original construction, not only a hotel room, you can cook in the place. Has 2 rooms and a sofa that can be used as a bed. Convenient location.

Are stay was from March 12-15. The beds were comfortable and we had a full kitchen even though we did not really use it. They had complementary jams n crackers/bread. It was a nice two bedroom two bath apartment. I would stay there again

This property was extremely spacious, clean and in a good location. It was the perfect space for our family of 9 (including kids.) The front desk was EXTREMELY accommodating and check in was an easy and efficient process.

What a great property very spacious. We had three adults and three children, and everybody had enough space. Also, it was located in a great area very safe very friendly neighbourhood with lots of restaurant options and shops. I would definitely recommend this place.

The hotel apartment is very spacious and close to water bus line #1 Academia stop which makes commute to and from Venezia San Lucia train station a breeze. The apartment is like the photos and within 15 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge or Saint Mark’s Square. We will definitely stay at San Vino Palace Luxury Apartment again.
