About a little English skill of staff,we accept -and have told already in expedia website that everybody can see what language we can before booking, but not good in English not mean not willing to service,and what bad that you say??? However we’re willing to solve the problems appropriately, but at first who you are??? ,could you tell your name and your reservationn id ,if you can not -we just think this bias rewiews come from noone or adverary person.
