"We paid a premium for a panoramic room (£270 a night) so expected better. The view from the balcony was great however the rest of the experience bang average. The pull out sofabed was uncomfortable, the safe & bedside light did not work. Skirting board coming off the walls. No toaster in the kitchen & minimal provisions in the mini-bar. "Petit déjeuner parfait accueil correct mais on constate après que le service proposé par l’établissement est conditionné comme par exemple la promenade en gâteau inclus dans la réservations fallait que 5 personnes et quand on demande un tour on nous demande 120€ pour 2 personnes. La personne concernée n'est pas à sa place ! Elle exploite son travail et sa position selon ses priorités personnelles ! Cela se voit clairement à la façon dont elle traite les gens."

"Schöne Lage und tolle Aussicht. Frühstück auf der Terrasse wunderbar. Tiefgarage ohne Probleme zu nutzen. Leider sind Saunen auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen getrennt. Ein Ort der Ruhe. In 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Ort. Parkscheibe ist dort sehr nützlich!"
