"Everything about this place was great from the facilities to the staff so helpful and polite "

"I recently booked the "Suite Two Twins Room," which was described as suitable for 3 people. However, upon check-in, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 1000 baht for a cot, because of three of us in the room. This seemed overpriced, and we ultimately didn't need the cot. While there was a happy hour with a "buy one, get one free" certain alcoholic drink offer, it seemed to only apply to...

"Nice hotel , good accommodation "

"Unfortunately, it wasn't as pleasant as I would have wanted it to be, the A/C in my room stopped working properly at midnight. A few ants were on my bed and bit me while I was asleep. I respectfully informed the front desk of the issues and if the manager could give me a call asap. It's been over 48 hours and have not heard from management. I'm all about giving a business a second chance and will stay at the same room if the deficiencies are fixed. "

"Good place and natural "

"Very nice clean room, high standard, the room had big windows with marvelous nature view. Delicious gourmet meals served in the restaurant..hideaway hillside resort in perfect blend with the nature.. Had to travel a pothole road to get there, but worth it.."

So LUCKY that there's wedding reservation that weekend, wedding family act like they book the whole resort and celebrate like at home which is quite annoying with the disturbing noises. Great that staff exchange room after complain but this doesn't help in early morning in 5am due to the wedding ceremony starts 6am, more unknown people came in to the resort parked infront of the room without...

"Great Hotel to Stay"

"พนักงานดี บริการดี แต่ห้องพักน้ำไหลเบามากกกกก ตู้เย็นเสียงดังทั้งคืน กระจกมีแต่ในห้องน้ำไม่มีกระจกแต่งหน้าข้างนอก ม่านสั้นทำให้ไม่เป็นส่วนตัวเท่าไหร่"

"Great resort. Very helpful staff and good amenities. Breakfast was top tier. Would definitely go back."
