"Rooms were very nice, beds, sheets and pillows really comfortable. Nice atmosphere all the way around.
Found the front desk people and coffee shop staff felt like they hated to be there, not friendly. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and cheerful.
Still like going to Hyatts it just seems when we get further east friendliness diminishes

"We chose this property due to it's location on our 2 day drive from New England to Washington, DC. We were moving our kid to college and driving a fully loaded 15' U-Haul.
The staff at this Hampton Inn found a parking space in their lot that was under their surveillance cameras so we did not have to worry about our cargo overnight. The downtown of Princeton was a short Uber ride away (and we had a lovely dinner in town) and then we relaxed in the small pool back at the hotel.

"The hotel was in such a convenient location! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we could have needed. We are already planning to stay again when in the area next year. "
"Very clean, quiet hotel. Not much around the area but that's ok, quick drive gets you to the airport and any number of restaurants. Especially like that the toilet & small sink are in a separate room from the main bathroom that has the shower and a larger sink - excellent design not usually adopted by other chains."
