Positive point: very short distance from station. Near this guesthouse, there's a nice udon restaurant. Room is big enough to rest. Negative Point: short distance from station also means there'll be some noise caused by train. I saw a giant bug on the ceiling at night. Moreover, some electric outlets and little lamp on the bed didn't work. Only outlets in 2 out of 4 beds worked properly. Air conditioner works well, but it barely gets warm. You should pay by cash if you are a foreigner. I saw PayPay QR in there so PayPay may be accepted if you can use.

外国の宿泊者とトラブルがあり、落ち着いて過ごす事が出来なかった。その外国の方は、部屋以外が共用部分だと知らずに、何故私たち専用の階に勝手にいるんだ？と詰め寄られました。あんなゲストハウスはもう嫌です。

総合的に悪い。 オーナーは、日本語を十分使用して会話をすることが困難であり、メッセージでのやりとりや電話でのやりとりに不安を覚えるものであった。 また、他の客との取り違いの連絡もあり、これもまた不安を煽るものであった。 設備面においては、シャワーの水圧がよく変動し、冷蔵庫は動いておらず、その上腐った牛乳が放置されていた。 良いところは料金の安さであり、3000円で寝るところを用意してもらった点では感謝したい。 Worse overall. About the owner Difficulty in using Japanese sufficiently to have a conversation. The communication by message and by telephone was unsettling. There were also miscommunications with other guests, which also made us feel uneasy. About facilities The water pressure in the showers often fluctuated. The fridge was not working and rotten milk was left on top of it. The good thing is the low price, and I would like to thank them for providing us with a place to sleep for 3000 yen.

Le meilleur qu on a trouvé, situé à Otsu donc moins cher que Kyoto et pourtant pas très loin de la ville (25mn), le plus grand lac du Japon est juste a coté, nous avons adoré particulièrement le fait qu on s est senti comme on vivait dans une maison traditionnelle japonnais, décor, tatami, couchette, notre chambre avait aussi 3 lits superposés donc il y avait l option de dormir dans les lits ou sur le tatami, on recommande

Guesthouse charmant, avec de jolis décors de chez l habitant, ce n est pas un hotel. Il faut envoyer un message à l auberge avant d y aller pour qu elle vous explique comment on fait pour entrer car il n y a pas de rception. Propre et avec toutes les commodités, cuisine, vaisselle... nous sommes restés 3 jours et nous avons adorés, le seul hic pour nous c'est qu il faut payer cash, merci Hana

自転車で行く事を伝えたら、気を利かせてお部屋を用意していただけました。 洗濯もできたし、一人で過ごすにはちょうどいい静かさでした。

オーナー様が素晴らしい

駐車場は、施設の付属ではなく、近くのコインパーキングを使うのですが、２４時間で６００円と大変お安いところを教えていただきました。２段ベッドが２つある４人部屋のベッドを一つ予約しました。結果的に、全員同じイベント参加者がその部屋に集うことになり、楽しく過ごさせていただきました。さらに、少し離れたところにある、オーナー様経営の飲食店に読んでいただき、小さな肉まんやおいしい岩茶をごちそうになり、感激しました。普通サイズの肉まんは１つ２００円ということで、朝食用に買わせていただき、さらに、家族土産にも購入させていただきました。家族にも好評でした。今回、知り合いばかりでしたので使いませんでしたが、貴重品を入れるカギがかかるロッカーもありました。湯舟はなく、シャワーのみですが、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも備え付けてくれていました。湯船につかりたい場合は、すぐそばにサウナ付きの銭湯がありましたのでそちらを利用すればよいかと思います。オーナー夫妻のお人柄が素晴らしく、次は家族でお邪魔して、京都観光をしようと思っております。写真は、泊ったお部屋ではなく、お茶をごちそうになったお店の写真です。

アットホームな琵琶湖に近いゲストハウス

　アットホームなスペースで、オーナーは穏やかで笑顔がよい女性。日本語はゆっくりめで会話するカンジです。チェックイン前の荷物の預かりも気軽に対応してくれ、親切です。 　私は女性ドミトリーを利用。屋根のある外階段からドミ直結。女性ドミ用でトイレ、シャワー、キッチン、テーブル&イスの共有スペースがあり、奥に２段ベットの部屋となり、女子４人分。 　キッチン＝流し台の奥がシャワー室で、シャワー利用時の着替えで、その時間は他の人が流し台を使えなくなる。二段ベットの下段には薄いカーテンが少しあるが、上段にはない。貴重品ロッカーなし。そして階段のみです。 　私が宿泊した時は私を入れて利用者は３人で、適度に会話も出来、楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。

Room(s) didn't match the pictures. It was a bit cold but without working heating. There isn't any reception desk or staff person waiting at the flat despite the fact that it was stated in my confirmation. You can only find a telephone number at the door and the staff person seems to speak only Japanese.

夜8時から朝8時まで料金300円の駐車場がすぐ近くにあった。 １階の居酒屋がいい感じ。牛肉タタキと冷酒「竹生島」がうまかった。 夜は寝るだけで、早朝出発。問題なし。
