Room were clean. Customer service was decent. One downfall is persons talking in their native and dnt think you understand but that's mostly everywhere. Something were over priced in the hotel. But manageable.

I always enjoy my stay here. The staff is the true highlight. The rooms are great, great food and drinks. Amazing atmosphere and just imo the best hotel and in a great central location.

Urbano Hotel
I was upgraded to the loft style which was much bigger than the standard. I enjoyed my stay here. Definitely was close in proximity to everything! I will admit the wifi was the worst part of my trip. I was rarely in my room but when I was it was very spotty. The gym..unfortunately was a disappointment ...
