"The room was clean, but could use some work-- one could tell that tenants were rough with the room (holes and patches in walls), and the microwave was old but other than that it was well maintained. When the toilet clogged, they were quick to supply a plunger... and they gave a new remote when the original didn't work. The office didn't open until 9am Saturday. That was a little inconvenient."

"I arrived late and left early for a morning flight, so I barely got to experience the hotel. But the room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. What really stood out was the staff. Since I had to leave before breakfast started, they handed me a breakfast bag and let me grab a free cup of tea without hesitation. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful, courteous and full of energy at an ungodly hour, helped with my heavy luggage and pointed me in the right direction. Small gestures, big impression. "The breakfast buffet was excellent. Room conditions were very good. Room was comfortable. Not many restaurants close by. Nearest they recommended was IHop down the street. Other than that was a restaurant that delivered. Heavy traffic but still quiet. "
