We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided a bottle of water each day for each guest. They also provided free drink tickets if you skipped a room cleaning one day. There is a restaurant in the lobby which we (as international travelers) really appreciated because you could get a coffee or tasty latte at the hotel early in the morning, whereas most coffee shops don't open until 9 or 10 AM. It was about a 13 minute walk to the Osaka train station which was one of the downsides. Otherwise, this hotel was near plenty of food options, in a safe neighborhood, and only a few blocks from a marketplace alleyway with shops and restaurants.

I stayed for four nights in august. The staff is very friendly and can assist you if you have any questions or need anything. They also speak english very well. The service was very good as well. I got fresh towels daily and some free botteled water. I also used the coin laundry on the ground floor which had easy to understand instructions. Overall I would recommenf Umedaholic and I will definately return when I'm back in japan in the future!

We stayed 6 nights. The beds were comfortable. The hotel setting is friendly and quaint. We enjoyed the laundry facilities within the hotel. It isn’t the most convenient location from the Osaka station but if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk, it’s doable. We found the room quite snug. Breakfast options were minimal but enough to get us going in the morning.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The area was very walkable and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Our 5 year old son loved it as well, especially the available snacks in the lobby and the games in the cafe. Would love to stay here again!
