The double room is a bit bigger compared with other hotels, all of the staff are great, 2 things that I have to suck is only 2 room services during 8 nites staying and not very closed to JR station, it's alright to walk 10mins from tge station to the hotel but not with your tired body

Got Good Buns and Service!

They recently changed their free breakfast from a Japanese style buffet to a variety of sandwiches in soft, soft buns! Although I loved the buffet here, their soft delicious buns with multiple types of fillings are a great "grab and go" item, especially for the businessmen. The staff, especially Ms, Asao, was very friendly when I needed to send my luggage by express delivery (Takkyubin) to my last hotel before I leave the country.

Noisy at night, can hear the train. Reception service is poor, need better trained staff who can help accommodate visitors. They do have breakfast, which is adequate. 10 min walk to trains. Wasn't happy with front staff, although breakfast staff was very lovely. Wouldn't recommend

The girl who checked us in seemed to require more training. She didn't know how to handle our situation when we arrived. The property is quite inflexible in our requests. There is a train that is operational, 24 hours of the day, so it can be quite noisy and disturbing when you are trying to sleep. During my entire stay in Japan, this was the worst hotel accommodation that we stayed in. I would NOT recommend. The front staff requires more training. The hotel needs to meet the guests' expectations, and provide better service.

東横インには何度かお世話になってますが、 大阪では初めて宿泊しました。 スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で接客、部屋も申し分ありません。 ちょっとビックリなのが、ドアが外開きだったこと。別に不便だとか使い勝手が悪いとかではないですが、前日に宿泊した所もそうでしたが、 関西圏ではそうなのかと思いました。

泊まる部屋にもよるかもしれませんが、窓の外は隣のビルで東横INNの看板が煌々と光っているので外は青く照らされています。 鉄道の高架が近いので、深夜まで運行する音が聞こえるかもしれません。 朝食はパンとスープがメインなので、朝からガッツリ行きたい人は近くのコンビニをおすすめします。

神対応

忘れ物をしたのでチェックアウト後に再度伺ってカードを再発行してもらったんですが、エラーで入れなかったんです。そしたら受付の方が階段で5Fまで取りに行ってくださいました！ほんとに忙しいのに神対応してくださってありがとうございました！ 朝食もたいへん美味しくて気に入っています！
