"The FREE Laundry room was PERFECT! The breakfast buffet (free) also the BEST! The shower was dated but effective. This hotelnis right in the middle of what I would call Osaka VEGAS. Literally right outside the front lobby you are on the street with all the lights, mass of people. Surprisingly, the Vegas party atmosphere outside of the hotel did not flow into the hotel property. It was like two different worlds, so our family felt safe. Osaka was our third stop...with Kyoto and Tokyo first. Osaka had more graffiti on most buildings in the area...our guess something to do with the gambling culture."

"Express check in and out. Conveniently located with a train entrance right next door. Room was spacious and clean. No iron in the room but available to use on the same floor. Western breakfast. Room and floors are nice and quiet, however, the common area on the 2nd floor can get very lively with DJs playing loud music on certain days."

"Location was great. You've got the main anime area in Osaka next door, a nice outdoor market nearby, and can walk to Namba station for a variety of shopping malls. The rooms are the largest I've stayed in, in Japan, and have microwaves, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend if you want to be able to relax inside your room at the end of the day."
