"The hotel is great: the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. We decided to include the breakfast with the room fee, and it was a wonderful choice: the wide range of choice is great, and everything is delicious. Highly recommended. "Everything in the room was amazing except for the dirty carpet. It wasn’t very nice and if it weren’t for that I’d have given cleanliness a five-star rating. Please replace the carpets in the hotel rooms on the 14th floor. The staff were great and check-in was super quick. The area is really quiet and very convenient for Universal. "
