"We had a fantastic weekend staying at the Sheraton Sopot. The Friday night Italian buffet was delightful, and the live music set a perfect tone for the weekend. All the staff were very helpful, and the spa was amazing, especially since it was -15 degrees outside. Thank you for a truly lovely weekend!"

But thats ok i guess. The worst part is te lack of customer service of the front desk staff members. I arrived to find a door opened by code but did not recirve the code. "Room and bathroom very clean, with mini fridge and safe in the room. All staff that I encountered from front desk, housekeepers and dining room were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I did not take advantage of the spa or pool, but hope to when I have an opportunity to return. It is a short walk to the beach, making it convenient to go out and watch the sunrise. A little further is the Sopot pier and the shopping and dining district."
