A great stay in Sopot

This is the third hotel I've stayed at in Sopot, and it didn't disappoint. Great location, especially if you plan to use the railway station, and yet a downhill stroll to the beach as well. Konrad was something of a star on the front desk, and I'm grateful. Would consider staying again, but would want a room that was at the pedestrianised front of the hotel, rather than looking out onto the busy road (inadequate soundproofing was the only thing I found disappointing during my stay).

Loved this hotel!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were excellent with all the amenities we could hope for and they had a large delicious breakfast selection. If we are back in the area we would stay here again.

Excellent. Beautifully restored building and tastefully decorated room. Cleanliness pristine. Very convenient short walk from Sopot Railway Station. Staff very courthouse and helpful. Nice breakfast in pleasant atrium or street terrace. Rooms for improvement: The shower cabin is really tiny. A change of shower towels would have been nice after night one but we didn't ask for one. The male staff members' uniforms and grooming a bit too relaxed for a top notch hotel.

Stunning!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Not only was it beautiful and the extremely well located, the staff was so kind and incredibly to me and my family. The restaurant for breakfast was perfect and we spent some time at the bar at night. Highly recommend this hotel. Would stay here anytime!

We were there to bury our Mother. The Rezydent staff were very helpful. They let us use the bar area after closing to celebrate Mom's life, even though we brought our own champagne. The also let us borrow the champagne glasses.

I had a wonderful stay at the Rezydent Hotel Sopot. My room was beautifully appointed and the branded toiletries were very much appreciated and of a very high quality. The room was spotless and luxurious. I didn’t avail of breakfast but after dinner in the hotel’s restaurant on my first night in Sopot I decided I wasn’t eating anywhere else for my remaining two nights. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the staff who served me each night were so friendly yet very professional. A special mention to Konrad on the front desk who welcomed me on arrival and was very informative, warm and friendly. I chose the Rezydent as it was the nicest 5 star hotel in the Gdansk area on Expedia and as a solo traveller I like luxurious accommodation to return to after days exploring. The train station is a 2 minute walk from the hotel and Sopot is in the middle of the tricity - Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Gdansk is 19 min by train in one direction and Gdynia is 9 minutes in the other direction. Sopot proved to be the perfect base to explore all three places and it was a beautiful location to return to after my day trips to Gdansk and Gdynia. I highly recommend the Rezydent hotel and Sopot as a base for exploring this area.

Very good choice for Sopot visit

Very nice hotel in an excellent location at the top of Monte Cassino pedestrian walkway. Walking distance to the railway station ( where one can get a perfect breakfast)

The AC was not working proberly for our room and my friends room. The alternative was to open the window, but that was not good due to a lot of notice from trains and people outside. So in general not so much sleep during the whole week.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, ist auch super gelegen. In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants und es dauert auch nicht lange bis zum Strand. Parken ist schwierig oder teuer, das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig - der Service könnte aufmerksamer sein.
