The house was clean and there plenty of amenities, however, the couches and bunk bed smelled like cat urine. It wasn't a pleasant smell, but we aired it out the best we could. The apartment is well maintained, although, we could tell there had been animals. The one remote had no back and the batteries were chewed on, the other remote only had one battery. I think if the smell was addressed, it would have been a great experience. We were able to get one remote to run the front room TV. It is in a great location and with the gated community it felt very safe. Thank you for sharing your apartment!

Relax

The stay was wonderful it was close to family where we went to visit. If we come back next year, I would book this property again I was very pleased. It was very quiet, peaceful and pleasant. Sorry, there was no pictures. We were just so busy going back-and-forth to visit family. I didn’t have time to take any but believe me it’s worth the stay.

Convenient. It was not the property I booked or that I saw on pictures. I got a different property on the 1st floor not the one listed. Also the master bathroom shower handle wasn’t working so we didn’t have warm water

apartment had flea's took pictures and videos of the fleas and bites. Previous tenant had their dirty dog their and left their bed and bowls which the owner didnt clean up afterward. Contacted the owner who stated funds already used to pay for prioperty....SMH and then the TV in the bedroom didn't work, Owner comes and sees and advises cannot get warranty replacement before checkout...... Walmart was around the corner.... SLUM LORD VIBES, BAIT AND SWITCH

The place is OK, but I faced issues with the host. I arrived at the property around 3am and the code they provided did not work. I ended up staying in a different hotel that night because nobody would respond before 9am. The following day I got another wrong code, but finally they sent an "alternative code" that worked. I understand this kind of things can happen, but the way they managed was really poor. They offered to reimburse only a little bit more than 50% of the average price per night that I paid, and also less that what I had to paid for the 2-stars hotel I found at 4am... That was infuriating... the argument they used was related to the net income they had for that night (even going as far as deducting the Expedia fee). At the end the point is simple: things can go wrong, but they underdelivered big time on the way of managing that situation.
