Won’t stay again
When I booked I didn’t realize that I would have to fill out more forms and contracts through a 3rd party before we could stay. Then I had to download an app so that we could enter the house with the phone. It was confusing and a little aggravating arriving at night trying to figure out how to get into the house. I was a little nervous because the actual invitation didn’t arrive until a few hours before check in, but it did come without me having to call. Once we were in the house it was nice. You can tell the house is older but It was pretty clean. However, we did not care for the foam beds. They were very uncomfortable. The AC went down to only 70, which is fine if it actually felt like 70. It was very hot in the house so we were not able to get a good nights sleep before we spent the day at Universal. The convenience of being close to the park did not outweigh the comfort. I would not rent this home again.
