"Place was a little outdated but clean. Front desk was amazing, Cindi was such a great hostess and took care of us right away, and helped us with questions about local eateries for our crying toddler. She was very friendly and made our stay more enjoyable. This is our third visit to Albany but our first staying at Phoenix. Best place we’ve stayed this far in town! Buffet breakfast was delicious!"
