"We have stayed in many hotels in Negril since 2015 and this is our favorite. It’s so nice. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff are friendly helpful, courteous and offer exceptional service. Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and plentiful. Big ups to the staff , the wonderful chefs and especially Parchie for his outstanding bar and restaurant service, music choices and great company. "This is a property that boasts some of the best views from the cliffs in Jamaica. Located on the Westend there are many amenities on property as well as surrounding it. "Although, I’ve been to Negril many times before, this was my first time staying at Firefly and I regret not staying there sooner. "Travelling solo it was a great place to relax and unwind in September, the pool and beach were beautiful. Room was clean and the fridge was an added bonus. The grounds reminded me of a rain forest especially when it was raining I was still able to sit on my patio and enjoy it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again. "
