"Clean rooms. Staff friendly and attentive. Great location. The only problem was that pool side bar and grill were closed along with other amenities. Being that we were on spring break vacation it baffles me how this wasn’t open and was a little upset we weren’t able to enjoy those things being it was our first experience in Orange Beach."

"It was great. The room is clean, the staff are all great specially Mike Weaver and Jordan. I would like to single out Mike Weaver, who is truly an awesome guy that went above and beyond to satisfy our expectations. I had an issue with our room but he got it taking care of. I hope that Hilton will recognize him how truly a great person he is. Thanks again Mike for what you did sir! We will comeback soon. Also the buffet breakfast was delicious and there is unlimited water and coffee for Hilton members perks. "

"I was disappointed a little, i was under the impression that my room would be facing the water, that was the purpose of the trip, the elevator was horrible, it was slow and always occupied, i had a few roaches in my room, but it was descent overall."
