"Great stopover before early morning Eurotunnel. Gilles was a perfect host with excellent communication, wonderful breakfast with lovely apple juice made from the apples grown in the wonderful gardens. Comfy bed, nice shower with a kettle on the room, all you need for an overnight stop. The house and gardens were stunning."

"We only stayed for one night and honestly wished it could have been longer. The hotel is wonderful, with very friendly and welcoming staff. The check-in was especially warm and pleasant, which immediately made us feel at home.
Our room was a very good size, clean and comfortable, with a well-designed, functional bathroom. We were travelling by car, so the on-site parking was a big plus — especially since it was just steps away and made it easy to access the car whenever we needed...
