"While the location could not be beat, the hotel completely does not care about maintenance and soley relies on it's location to attract tourists. There were ripped towels, holes in bed sheets, and stains on bedding and curtains. The shower did not work properly and sprayed water to a ceiling that had peeling paint. There were also wet stains on the ceiling in the sleeping area. One of the beds had an oversized towel instead of a blanket and a bed sheet that was not large enough to cover the...

"this is a very nice budget hostel in the old town. It is pretty basic in terms of amenities. The room had a fridge and kettle. There is a kitchenette below where you can borrow things. My bathroom was a little awkwardly designed and needed some maintenance on the sink. There is a noisy restaurant/bar below so the sound and cigarette smoke can enter the room. There is a nice rooftop patio. the staff were very helpful and let me store my luggage until the room was ready."

"Having stayed before in a Villa we returned and requested a sea side view room. The room we got was very nice no complaints but just because you can see water in the distance over building does not mean a sea side view. Just double check during check in."

The room was beautiful too, the only issue I had during our 7 day stay was with the gym - the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 27 C there. "Staff is helpful and handled any issues that came up. Our room had water stains on the ceiling and smoke detector taken apart. The staff advised they knew about it and it was okay to stay in the room. Woke up one morning and floor was wet and moisture on the ceiling. Staff moved us to another room. The rooms are showing their wear and tear and do need to be updated. Breakfast is good. We had a sea view but there is a-lot of construction going on so you also see lots of trash next to the hotel....

"Ogi and Alek were wonderful and truly very helpful at reception. They gave us many wonderful recommendations and were always ready to help. The property is clean and breakfast has a pretty great selection. The property is a very walkable distance from old town, where you may spend the majority of your time during dinners and exploring. The beaches are also very accessible and you can take a quick taxi to places that are harder to walk to. My friend and I would highly recommend staying here...

While the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel missed the mark on quite a few aspects: room cleaning seemed very hasty (full trash can was not emptied), the quality of the breakfast was on the lower side, and the view from the room was quite disappointing."
