"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that. Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!!
