"Very nice little hotel in the heart of vibrant Bilbao."

"Very clean and tidy property, in the heart of the old town. It is very lively all the time but not as noisy as other people said. Room is tidied every day and you get clean towel if needed. Bed is made, bins are emptied every day as well. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and very informative. The only downside for me was that there are no coffee and tea facilities in the room and you have the communal area. It was a very good experience and i will definitely return! "

"The check in was really slow. There was a queue because it was taking so long, took us over half an hour to get checked in and able to access our room."

"Room was clean, spacious and modern, coffee machine and city view. Excellent breakfast buffet and sensational gym: a lage, well equipped modern training facility. Public transport directly in front of the hotel. Large car parking, although network connection (needed for EV charging) is poor on parking level -4 and definitely needs improvement. Otherwise, the many EV charging spaces are worthless…"

"Terrific location for exploring the Ribera Market, the old town and the modern shopping area. Can walk to the Guggenheim in about 25 mins along the river. Staff were very helpful. Underground public parking available about 150 yds away with a hotel discount. Rooms are well appointed but quite small, but public area is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Check in was easy & very friendly staff, Bar staff we very friendly, rooms were clean but a little small & not enough hangers & no cupboard / draw space. Reception lounge area was fabulous & great 2 sit & relax & have a drink. Bit out of it but Metro just around the corner & only 1 stop to old town, get a metro card as it is so cheap & easy to use. "

" Ice hotel, clean room and comfortable bed and pillows! Only thing is that bathroom was missing some minor basics as towel hanger, etc. as we were given a room adapted for disabled, shower was not separate from bathroom which meant all the floor got wet. More towels or ways of drying should be provided - again, minor"
