"The area is around the shopping area, close to many places. Staff are very friendly. However the rooms are dirty with no windows. I booked the place because of the convenience to go around town, however I stayed for only one day and had to leave. I couldn't get any refund either, but important is that we were safe as there are lots of mosquitoes in the room, with dirty bathrooms. You feel like you are suffocating. I booked 3 rooms."

"A really nice surprise, possibly the best service I have ever experienced at any hotel before. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else in Delhi and it will be the new benchmark to compare other hotels too. Everyone knows you name, nothing is too much trouble and the rooms are huge which means it's a great base of you are staying a little longer. Location is convenient for most attractions."
