"The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations.."

"Checked the in for the ice skating, pool and hot tub. There was a cheerleading conference going on that weekend, so we decided we would wait and use those Sunday when it emptied out. On Sunday they closed the pool and hot tub early, around 8pm. Those are not open Monday through Wednesday either. Don’t stay here during the week in the winter. "
