"This was a very nice hotel and the price I secured was very pleasing to my budget. I was able to visit the Bay Area and not break the bank. The hotel was close to the Jack London Ferry stop so it was an easy quick ride to San Francisco. Also the hotel is only a short walk from the BART stop, to get to and from the San Francisco Airport, so you can save a ton of money using public transportation, no new for rentals or Ubers. The only drawback was that it was not many places that were opened downtown on the weekend for food but I was able to find some good eats in walking distance from the hotel at the Oakland Street Food Cafe, great food. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again if I visited the Bay Area. Its both affordable and convenient to get to. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful."

"First off let me say this place is about location and price. It is near many multiple freeway locations and restaurants. Other than that is has nothing going for it. It is run down and has no blankets for the bed to sleep, just 2 sheets. The fan made sound but blew no air out. We had a desk but no chair. It advertised a patio but there was none. And the complimentary breakfast was as basic as can be, box cereal and bagels. And even though there were two guests, my wife and I, they only gave me a coupon for one breakfast per room. We chose not to eat. And the amtrak train goes by consistently like every 20 minutes or so, shaking the room and blaring the train horn. "

"We requested a handicap accessible room. When physically checking in, they said the current occupants extended their stay and it was no longer available. The room we had was filled with the smell of secondhand smoke (non-smoking room) and there was a live cockroach."

"Lovely accommodations, large room with view. Comfy bed, lounge sofa in windows, very relaxing. Friendly, knowledgeable staff everywhere. Restaurant breakfast and dinner were delicious. Excellent chef and great waiters and waitresses. I highly recommend staying here. Easily accessible location. "
