"Everything about this hotel was good, except the bathroom in our room. You basically had to prime it to get it to flush as it wouldn't provide much water until it was pumped about 4 times. Not great, for sure."

"Excellent breakfast. Front desk staff very helpful when we asked to change room. AC in room was noisy and didn’t work well. Shower was great and room very clean."

"Check in was great, the staff were so helpful. You can check in remotely (from your phone) or with the front of house staff. For check out, you can use the self check out machines, or with the staff. The rooms are immaculate, and have everything you could want. The beds are super comfy, the location is perfect for the O2 (or elsewhere in Canary Wharf/North Greenwich). My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed longer! If you're on the fence about booking this hotel... book it. You won't be disappointed."

"the rooms are tiny but that should be well known about Z hotel in advance as it is their business concept. What they save on space, they don't save on quality though. they are spotless, modern and functioning. perfect for a short stay if you do not want to break bank! great value for money for central London location!"

"It was in such a great location and, for the price, we thought it was exceptional value. Everything was lovely, spacious and really quiet. The only small negative was that there wasn’t any bottled water available in the mini market in reception. After a long day of walking, we didn’t have the energy to go up to the 12th floor to get water, so we ended up boiling some in the room instead. Other than that, we had a really lovely stay and would definitely recommend it."

"Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Everything was a 10/10. Staff was amazing especially Saudi (sorry for the misspelling). I was injured before my trip and they were very accommodating to all my needs. Cant wait to comeback."
