"The photos of this hotel online were amazing. Upon arrival, waiting for our room we went to The Whale restaurant to eat lunch. The food was alright but looking around, there were lots of dirty tables, and no-one to clean them. Finally we were able to check into our room (519), and the door was ajar/open. ..."
