"The room is huge and clean. The staff is incredibly nice. The only drawback is there is no air conditioning but they provide you with fans. All in all an excellent stay and we would stay there again"

"Very nice hotel right on the lake. Easy access to downtown Zurich by boat or train both of which are right by the property. Rooms are updated but small compared to American hotel rooms and no air conditioning.
