we are very satisfied with this hotel. We arrived early in the morning and were checked in early. We upgraded the room with 3 beds free of charge. The room is clean and cosy. The pool is very nice with nice sea view. The breakfasts are very tasty. The staff is very responsive and kind. Also in the hotel lives a small cute and beautiful dog. The hotel is very suitable for families!

The structure of the hotel is excellent. Unfortunately, the mattress was not clean and it was too hard to sleep with my ankles covered. It seems very important to keep the mattress clean.

Forfærdelig hotel lige til en gyser

Min kæreste og jeg havde booket 3 nætter i Nha Trang på Sao Viet, hvor personalet ved receptionen ikke var særlig venligt eller imødekommende. Vi skulle selv bærer vores ting op på værelset. I foyen var der propfyldt med store træ statuer og pokaler, samt udstoppet dyr. Det var meget mystisk. På billederne er der en lækker pool på taget. Der var en bar ved poolen, men den var permanent lukker, og poolen var ikke særlig ren, hvilket resulterede i at den blev lukket pga vedligeholdelse lige pludselig. Roomservice kom en dag kl 16, mens de næste dag bankede på vores dør kl 9.30 og vækkede os. Det var ret dødt og en lidt mystisk stemning på hotellet. Det kan ikke anbefales, medmindre du kan lide gyserfilm.

Was bitten very badly after 1st night. Reception brushed it off, saying better see doctor. Subsequent check by ISOS doctor said it was likely due to bedbugs. Unwelcoming reception. Lots of rules & regulations make it seems more a prison camp than a hotel. Bad sound insulation indicatives of poor construction. Noise from the street every night until early morning, and noise from the corridor means no rest night and day. Night curtain doesn’t exclude the lights from the new building opposite. Aircon only inside the room. All public area even guest corridor without aircon. The new tall building opposite looks directly into the room. All staffs, including front office manager speak (self-described) poor English. When Housekeeping didn’t clean the room, it was described as misunderstanding due to poor English. When Reception said minibar is free during check- in, then wanted to charge the items during check-out, it was described as misunderstanding due to poor English. Not recommended.
