화려하나 아쉬운 위생...조식, 위치는 만족

전반적으로 화려하나 기본이 부실하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 옥상 수영장은 화려하고 전망이 좋습니다. 그런데 그 길이가 좁아서 4번 헤엄치면 끝입니다. 풀은 T자형인데 긴 면으로 해엄쳐도 그렇습니다. 가장 아쉬운건 위생입니다. 방안 핸디샤워기엔 까맣게 물때가 끼어있고, 휴지통조차 비워놓지 않았습니다. 이불보에는 구멍이 나 있었습니다. 조식은 의외로 만족스러웠습니다. 10여개의 더운 음식과 10개의 샐러드, 3가지 종류의 빵과 커피 등 음료가 있고 오믈랫은 즉석조리해줍니다. 위치도 좋습니다. 걸어서 5분여 거리에 해변이 있습니다. 1층에 화장실 겸 샤워실이 았어 해수욕하고 와서 샤워도 할 수 있습니다.

Couldn’t sleep

Good hotel , comfortable rooms, staff were nice. The MAJOR downside of this hotel is that it is right next to a bar/club so every night they would have music blasting so loud you could not sleep. It was so bad we had to find a different hotel after two nights. It was very unfortunate for this hotel. Without that it would’ve been a great place to stay.

The hotel has definitely its pros and cons, but overall our stay was pleasant. I would consider to stay again in future. + Hotel was really clean and hotels' facilities are in good condition, nice design overall + Room was really clean and cozy + Great location; many restaurants, the beach and bus stops nearby +/- Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Have had better and worse +/- Some of staff are really helpful and nice, some not so much +/- Wifi had some connection issues time-to-time +/- Standard room was without a window; at least couldn't see that mentioned in the description when booked - Had to keep our passports at the reception during our stay. Even though got them back when checked-out, didn't feel comfortable leaving them to reception - Have to fetch breakfast tickets from the reception every day. Couldn't get all ticket at the same time - Gets quite noisy in the room especially at night. Sounds from the lobby and staircase can easily be heard in the room - Construction sites in front of the hotel blocked the view almost completely and made it quite noisy to relax in the pool area - Cleaners had some bad days and they forgot to put new shampoos, toothbrushes and etc. few times; not a big deal but quite annoying when come back to hotel after long day Comparing to the price, 20 euro per night (used past reward nights from Hotels.com), it's good value. With normal price, there is probably more competition.

親切なフロントスタッフ

CamRanh空港よりNhaTrang市内まで、空港～市内巡回ﾊﾞｽ（ｲｴﾛｰﾊﾞｽ）に乗ってきました。 市内最初のﾊﾞｽ停になるTranPhu通り停留所より徒歩10分ぐらい。 繁華街のNguyenThienThuat通りとHungVuong通りの南端に位置し、食事・ﾏｯｻｰｼﾞ・ｺﾝﾋﾞﾆが数多くありました。 もちろん、NhaTrangBeachにも近く徒歩10分ぐらい｡ ｹﾞｽﾄ層はほとんど欧米人。朝食会場で混雑していたが、騒々しくなく快適でした。 客室が多い大きなﾎﾃﾙは、大陸系のｹﾞｽﾄが多く騒々しい事が多々ある（経験上） 隣室・ﾎﾃﾙﾌﾛﾝﾄ・朝食会場すべてに､ｼﾝﾌﾟﾙで静かだった。

Heartless Bunker

We came to Nha Trang for spending some quiet days at the beach. When we arrived in the hotel, they right away asked us to hand over our passports to keep them. We didn't feel comfortable about it at all. The lady at the reception desk told us to pick up the breakfast voucher daily, without an explanation why she can't hand over all voucher for our whole stay. We asked her to recommend a place, where we can get some Street food. She wasn't able to recommend anything. (One of the best Street food restaurants is just around the corner) when we came into the room, we were shocked. There was no window, mould in the bathroom, a small safe in the wardrobe which wasn't attached to the wall and some funny smell, we could recognise. For breakfast we could only have fruits and Toast as the rest of the food was just disgusting. They offered Spaghetti Bolognese - overcooked, pig ears, Gulasch, French fries and some other weird stuff. At the pool we ordered a smoothie once, when I pulled out the spoon, it was full of lipstick of some other person. But as we once got to see, how they clean dishes only under cold water, it wasn't surprising. You can feel, that no one in this hotel loves his job, most of them do not speak English at all and especially the male waiter in the breakfast room was extremly rude, not helpfully at all and didn't wanna do anything extra. We did not feel welcome in this hotel at all and our stay was simply a nightmare. And I didn't even mention the noise there.

창문없는 스탠다드룸. 비품은 깨끗함

귀국편이 심야비행이라 오후3시부터 오후9시까지6시간 머물렀습니다. 스탠다드 룸이라 3층이었는데 예약시 창이없다는 표기가 없었어요. 근처다른호텔에 비해 객실이 모던하고 깨끗하다고 해서 예약했는데 창이없어 답답했습니다. 그래도 머무는 6시간중 2시간은 식사로 외출했기에 나쁘지않았어요. 직원분들 친절하고 특히 벨보이라 하기엔 연세있으신 현지분이 엄청 열심히 도와주셨어요. 옥상에 수영장있는데 조그만 풀바있었어요. 허나 기대만큼은 아니었습니다. 객실비품 욕실은 깨끗. 맛집 엔즈하우스 바로 옆건물입니다.

Au top pour la fête, mais pas pour le repos

En plein dans le centre, avec de nombreux restaurants, bars, clubs, spa à proximité. La plage est à moins de 100m. Revers de la médaille de cette position au cœur de l'animation de Nha Trang : des hôtels en rénovation aux alentours donc environnement très bruyant, et un bar en face de l'hôtel, qui "sonorise" tout le quartier jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y ait plus de clients (2-3-4h du matin suivant l'affluence).

Ekstreemly noisy!!

There is a club right next door playing VERY loud Music every Night from 21.00 to 2.00 a.m!! Do not book this hotel as you will not be able to sleep (even with Ear plus) until after 3.00 every Night!

딴데가라고 추천하고픔.

밤에 안잘 사람만.. 창문 없는 방이었는데도 옆 클럽 소리가 다 들림. 방음 최악. 아침에 6시쯤 도착해서 짐 맡기고 혹시 방이 일찍 준비되면 전화해줄수 있느냐 했더니 체크인 두시라고 전화번호도 안받음. 서비스 최악. 보통 청소 일찍 끝내는 방으로 일찍 체크인 해주는데 네달동안 이런데 처음봄. 방 좁음. 시끄럽고. 깨끗하긴 함 침대도 편하고. 그래도 잠자기는 시끄러움. 아침 식사때 9시에 갔는데 몇가지 음식 과일 다 떨어졌깅래 채워달라고 하니 끝났다고 함. 한시간이나 조식 남았는데 늦게오는 사람들은 손가락 빨라는건가. 위치는 좋음. 하지만 여러모로 다른데 추천. 옥상 수영장 부는 좋으나 매우 작음. 대중목욕탕 좀 큰 탕 정도 크기. 베트남 한달 여행중 최악의 숙소인듯. 가격은 두번째로 비싸고 ㅋㅋ

选择这个酒店就是因为顶楼的泳池 的确没有失望 但是酒店两点才能入住确实有点不方便 订酒店看了很久没有提示“无窗” 所以看到房间没有窗户很失望 其余都很不错 服务态度也很好 尤其是门口的大叔 每次见到我们都会笑 很亲切打招呼

Simple, but great staff

We booked the hotel largely because of the beautiful rooftop pool that overlooks the beaches, but the pool is very cold and the hours are not ideal at 7am-7pm. When we arrived in our room, there were burnt out tea light candles on the floor and on the drawers from the previous guests and this informs us that the floors weren't swept before our arrival. The room is very basic for the price. The bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which was quite uncomfortable when they started to diverge. The restroom is clear and I would only suggest booking this hotel if you are a couple, otherwise it would probably be awkward to see another person using the toilet or showering. Breakfast is buffet style and enjoyable. The noise level is not bad. I read about the loud club music before booking the hotel and was very concerned, but I heard very little outside noise. The location is great if you want to be in a very touristy area that caters to Russians, otherwise it is very exhausting. Overall, the price for the room is amazing when compared to other hotels in the area--but you should keep in mind that you will be in a Russian tourist Mecca upon arrival. The staff of the hotel deserves 5 stars, as everyone we encountered was helpful and friendly.

방이깨끗함

방은깨끗함. 조식은 그냥 평범함. 해변까지 직선으로 5~10분 정도 걸어가야됨. 그러나 쉐일링클럽이랑 가까움 숙소에서 해변가로간후 5분정도 더걸림. 주변에 여행사.먹을거리 즐길거리많음. 저녁에는 주변 Bar의 음악소리때문에 시끄러움. 건물들사이로 바다전망 아주살짝보임

현대적인 디자인의 건물로 매우 깔끔함 위치도 바다와 멀지 않고 12층의 수영장은 작지만 잘 관리되어 있어 이용하기 좋음 직원들도 매우 친절해서 전체적으로 묵기에 기분 좋은 호텔이었다

좋은위치의 저렴한 호텔

위치가 좋습니다. 세일링클럽, 루이지애나, 레스토랑거리들과도 가깝고.. 그런데 주변이 공사중이랑 오전에는 조금 시끌시끌한데 거슬리는 정도는 아닙니다. 일단 주변이 다 걸어서 갈 정도라 좋았고, 수영장이 목욕탕 수준이긴 하지만..그래도 나름 수영장이 있다는것에 감사를..

The hotel is new and in good condition. Very comfortable. In a good location. Staff and helpful and breakfast was very good. A large selection of Western and Asian. Pool is small but well nicely done on the roof top. Only issue for improvement would be to clean your room when you have left for the day. We seemed to be badgered by the room service staff to clean in the morning even when we were still using the room. They waited but I think they could have started this later.

Schönes Hotel, nur leider ging unser Fenster nicht wie versprochen zum Hof hinaus, sondern in einen Lüftungsschacht von ca. 1x1m, in dem alle Klimaanlagen dröhnten und jede Menge heisse Luft produzierten. Sonst war alles o.k.

Fräscht hotell. Garder view var dock inte garden view utan fönster in i byggnaden mot växter. Trevlig pool på taket och plus för de hade bemannad bar där.
