I liked the hotel however my room was on the 11th floor just under the gym and was very noisy with constant banging from the gym equipment. I think this probably only affected the room I was in. If staying longer I would have asked to be moved. Other than that the breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff were friendly and the hotel is in a great location.

The hotel it looks like it needs a repet or remodel. cushions on the furniture we're gone. They refilled the water bottles.They were not brand new. Made you wonder which other corners they were cutting to save money. I have stayed there before and I noticed they decline in the cleanliness of the hotel. I am sorry.I am not staying there again.I'm very disappointed. The help staff was wonderful. Very courteous and kind and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We felt very safe. And I enjoyed our stay, but the hotel obviously.Has taken a beat in with maintenance. I feel very sad for the owner of the hotel.That needs a better manager.

This hotel is absolutely need to clean. Carpet is super dirty. The advertised pictures are unreal. Workout room is unclean and no A.C. VERY UNCLEAN. NOT PROFESSIONAL. Staff are friendly, but Expedia didn't communicate and solve the issue. I contacted Expedia after we booked to cancel one day early but they said they couldn't communicate with the hotel, when i showed up at the hotel, the staff said they couldn't contact Expedia. What's wrong?

One week in Galina

The room itself was nice. We had the ocean view king suite. The view from the balcony was great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The spa of the hotel was very nice. The a/c of the bed room was bad. During the night the temperature was not stable at . The temperature of the air current varied a lot which made the sleeping unpleasent. We didn't like the fitted carpet of the room. It felt dirty on some places. The bathroom floor seemed to have some grime as well. The coffee at the breakfast was cold and the techo music on the breakfast didn't fit the atmosphere. The general pool section was a little bit poor and the water in the pool was cold.

직원들 매우 친절

직원들 친절하고 전반적으로 가성비 나쁘지 않음. 다만 혹시라도 수영장을 기대하고 이 호텔을 선택하면 조금 실망할 수 도 있음. 왜냐하면 수영장이 12층 바다를 보고 있는데 건물 사이로 들어오는 해풍이 심해서 한낮에도 조금 시원함(?)

Typical larger hotel

We were given an upgrade to our booking on arrival so extremely pleased. The downside, as with many larger hotels is the staff. The staff at breakfast looked as if they didn't want to be there and more interested in talking to each other rather than replenishing the food. Choice of food was good if it was there. The information stated that there 2 bars. The sky bar was out if action and the other was a coffee bar.

Paper thin walls made it hard to sleep as our next for neighbours were up all hours socialising. The photos to the swimming pool did it no justice. Breakfast was below par. Staff were friendly,but lacked communication. A very tired looking and feeling hotel..2 Star yes,def not 4 Star

优越的位置，离海滩很近，也在核心区域。周边网红餐厅聚集，不远就是洲际和喜来登。设施条件一般，达不到国内四星（他们自己挂的四星标志）。好在前台服务还不错！俄罗斯人多，没有别的酒店在国内一样的感觉。酒店大堂提供市区内唯一的泥浆浴，负责预定的女士温柔热情，关键是中文水平高，可以用微信交流。入住、退房都很迅速，预授权当场解除！总体评价值得推荐！
