"I discovered this hotel last year and liked it so much that it was a no-brainer to return this year. It was every bit as good. The staff are lovely. The rooms are designed perfectly and kept spotless. The breakfasts are excellent, although they have increased in price since last year. The location could scarcely be beaten: a five-minute walk from the Central Station, yet quiet enough for a very restful night's sleep. My only suggestion for improvement would be to alter the harsh lighting in the...

"I needed a room for disabled access on the ground following surgery issues and done there and then. Extra pillows given for my legs. Young man at reception was an absolute diamond and did anything to help and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Amazing customer service."
