Hi James,I'm sorry to hear that the service you received wasn't up to the high standards to which we hold ourselves and can only apologise for this. I am glad to hear however that my duty manager did address the issue with you at the time.We do have double glazing in all of our rooms as we do appreciate the problems that the proximity to the road can cause, but again I'm sorry if this wasn't sufficient to fully dampen the noise.
