"I had a disappointing experience with the hotel staff that really stood out for the wrong reasons. One night, I asked the front desk for a bottle of water. There were bottles sitting right next to the staff member at the counter, so I naturally reached to grab one after asking. Instead of assisting, she abruptly told me I couldn’t take it and that I needed to go to the vending machine or the cafe. What made this frustrating was not just the refusal, but the attitude. There was no attempt to help or offer a simple solution—like charging it to my room, which would have been quick and standard in most places."

"I requested more towels and toilet paper several times, it was never brought to me. My ac waa not working and it was uncomfortably warm, I had to request 4 times before someone came to check it, it was fixed but stopped working again during the evening. In the morning, I called again to request someone come look. No one came. I went downstairs to the desk, complained that no one had ever brought the items, manager (Rocky), stated that items aren't brought to the room, that I would have had to come down to request them. I stated that was not specified during check in. He had a terrible attitude, I asked for a partial refund due to being the majority of my stay. Rocky said, no, contact Expedia. I commented on his poor attitude and stated I'd never recommended this hotel to anyone. He stated "good, we don't want people like you staying here anyway". Breakfast only consisted of yogurt and bagels, should be advertised perhaps as continental breakfast. I would like a refund."
