Hotel property and room was very clean. Updated and maintained well. Pleasant staff, very accommodating. Safe, quiet. Breakfast in mornings was convenient, good. Convenient location to get Ubers or Taxis to Brooklyn or Midtown Manhattan. Enjoyed our stay.

New Buidling under construction and sidewalk blocked off. Very mess around the out front of entrance . Not Hyatt fault, but it just not comfortable or very neat.

Overall we had a great stay. My partner and I escaped from FL to come up to NYC and for the price and location it was perfect. One downside, they charge $25 for an early check in. Staff was super friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay at the HyaTT Place. my favorite part was the complimentary breakfast in the morning. I felt safe and very comfort. The restaurant directly across the street, gave me a discount on food for staying there. Close to trains and Uber to and from LGA airport. Staff friendly and helpful.

Firstly, the staff was friendly, and the room was impeccably clean. I was truly impressed by the level of cleanliness. While the room was on the smaller side, it perfectly suited my needs. Unfortunately, there was no scenic view from my room, just the typical NYC/Queens vista of neighboring buildings and a slice of the highway. Regarding room service, I found it disappointing. The restaurant didn't open until 3 pm, and although you could order from the front desk, the gluten-free options weren't truly gluten-free due to a lack of the necessary ingredients. Consequently, I had to resort to Grubhub, which ended up costing more than I had anticipated. Given my busy schedule with meetings throughout the day, I couldn't leave my room to dine elsewhere. On a positive note, the fridge in the room was a decent size, although it had no drinks or snacks typically found in a mini-bar. However, you could easily step out to the lobby and venture outside to satisfy any cravings. Overall, I found the hotel to be exceptional, and I will definitely choose to stay here again when the need arises, especially because of its spotless cleanliness. It's truly the cleanest hotel room I've ever experienced!

We were here for a very short stay, just10 hours overnight, but everything about our visit was positive. Courteous staff, quiet room, and convenient location
