Our Chief Engineer checked it on Monday and could not find anything wrong with it. It auto-locked upon exiting the room and the same when he locked it from the inside. Reducing the number of nights in this case would need to go through Expedia and they send a message to the hotel to inquire if we are willing to refund you (which we usually do for patients). If this is something you did request through Expedia, we are not showing a record of the request but we will be more than happy to look into it if you'd like to initiate the request with Expedia.
